HUNT SLONEM: FIELD OF DREAMS Solo Exhibition
Jessica Hagen Fine Art + Design is pleased to announce the opening of HUNT SLONEM: FIELD OF DREAMS on Saturday June 28, 2025, from 5:00- 7:00pm. This solo exhibition marks the artist’s fifth show with Jessica Hagen’s gallery, which has shown Hunt Slonem’s artwork since 2015. Featured will be paintings of flowers, butterflies, birds and of course, bunnies for which the artist is so well known. Bringing a freewheeling sense of awe, wonder and detail to his artwork, as well as his living and working spaces, NYC based artist and lifestyle trendsetter Hunt Slonem is considered one of the great colorists of his time. This Maine-born creative force of nature has had over 300 one-man shows in galleries and museums internationally. Slonem’s work is also in the permanent collections of 250 museums including the Guggenheim, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Whitney, and the Moreau Foundation, and is part of private collections all over the world, including those of many celebrities. Jessica Hagen states, “I’m very excited to be presenting Hunt Slonem’s fifth solo show with my gallery. It’s always an extraordinary event… the color, the energy, there’s just nothing better. Hunt has had a remarkable career filled with achievements and it’s an honor to show his work. It will be wonderful to have him join us for opening night.”

Jessica Hagen Fine Art + Design was founded in 2005 and features contemporary art including painting, sculpture, photography, ceramics, textiles, and jewelry. Located in the historic Point section of Newport, the gallery’s hours are Wednesday- Saturday 11:00 - 5:00 and Sunday 12:00 - 5:00. The gallery is also open by appointment.
